Take those wires out of that painting. Don’t hesitate to make changes in the scene you’re looking at. Backlit bottles can shimmer too. Be accurate in your construction of the subject matter. Use a drawing aid if needed. Stong and accurate tone values. Start lean. Less oil, more turps.
