In their paintings and drawings they portrayed a romanticized image of the American frontier that transformed the cowboys and Indians legends into a world-famous folklore. By focusing on the work of three contemporary artist – Gordon Snidow, Garry Niblett and Joe Beeler, this program seeks to explain the new-found popularity of the genre.
